Jaffna Virunthu started as a small home kitchen on Stanley Road in 1998 — Amma cooking for weddings on the weekend, the family eating leftovers all week. Twenty-seven years later we still cook in copper pots, still pound our spices fresh every morning, and still treat every order like a wedding.
